i made a blog in the big 2026

hello my internet friends!

life is strange. and it's messy. i've been feeling like i'm in a weird spot in my life - i have a career, i'm married, i've got a couple of furbabies i love, but i still find myself searching for more. 

like... what am i supposed to be doing with my life, specifically? i have all of the makings of adulthood but nothing truly figured out.

so i felt like it would be fun to start a blog for the ramblings of my life. to talk about the ugly, the beautiful, and everything in between. maybe this is just what your late twenties are supposed to feel like. maybe nobody actually figures it out and we're all just collecting little things that make being alive feel nice along the way.

so let's collect these little things together!

☆ my go to accessory: a perfectly decorated baggu

☆ a hobby i love: journaling! it allows me to be my most inner, imperfect and whimsical self 

☆ my bragging rights: i've never met a hobby i couldn't somehow make more expensive

☆ a comfort activity: starting a new hobby and dedicating hours and hours to it

☆ something i collect: little trinkets with absolutely no practical purpose

☆ a hill i'll die on: life is better when your everyday things are cute

☆ currently dreaming about: a life in the pacific northwest

☆ guaranteed to make me happy: finding the PERFECT little thing for a project i've been working on

anyway, that's enough about me for now. i'm not totally sure what this little corner of the internet will become yet, but i think that's kind of the point.
