recently saved pinterest photos

hi friends,

one of my favorite things in the whole universe is pinterest. i've been an avid user for over 13 years!!! it started off as a craft and food inspiration hub but developed into something even better over time, a place where i can find inspo for almost every corner of my life. outfits (so many outfits), thrift find wishlists, tattoo ideas, rooms i want to live in, crafts i swear i'll make... it's basically a giant virtual scrapbook of the past, present and future versions of me. 

  

i could wax poetic about it all day long, but i'll stop myself there lol. instead, i wanted to give a little peek into what my recently saved pins are:

there's something about pinterest that still feels like the old internet to me. i'm not really there to perform or post or keep up with anyone. i can just wander around, collect pretty things, and disappear down a very specific rabbit hole for two hours. which, obviously, is my ideal internet experience. (very much similarly to how i feel about this blog!). in the season of my life that i'm in, i've been all about positive words, manifestation and romanticizing the little things. basically anything that makes me excited about the life i'm living and the one i'm creating. 

and maybe that's why i've loved pinterest for so long. it's not just a collection of things i like, but a little record of who i've been, who i am right now, and all the versions of myself i haven't met yet!!
